How can I change my shipping address?

Once your payment has been made, you must email us at tconnorandco@gmail.com within 24 hours. Please include “ADDRESS CHANGE” in your subject line. When emailing the new shipping address, please use the format: 

  • Order Number: (ABCD-123456) 
  • [NEW] Ship to: (First and Last Name)
  • [NEW] Shipping address: (PO Box or Physical Address including apartment number, State, Zip Code)

How can I track my orders & payment?

After your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You’ll be able to click the tracking number and be redirected to the USPS package tracking page. If you have any questions about your payment, please email us as soon as possible. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make payment?

Our current processing time is 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday). Of course, if you would like to have your order sooner than the above time frame, don’t hesitate to email us. If it is possible to expedite your order, we will work out the details via email.  After your order is processed you will be emailed a tracking number. We ship through USPS. Their website states that it will take 2-5 business days to ship the package from their facility to your PO Box or physical address. 

How much is the shipping and handling fee?

Shipping and handling fees are $3 flat rate for US customers and $9 flat rate for Canada customers. Flat rate shipping is standard, no matter the quantity of the order. Wholesale shipping will depend on the amount of earrings being shipped and if you’d like the boxed add-on. Please see our “Wholesale” tab to read more.

How do you ship my orders?

We ship orders through USPS. We prefer to ship via USPS because it is cost effective and able to ship to both physical and PO Box addresses. Your order will come in a small corrugated box. Your post office might put a slip in your box for you to go to the office to pick up your package if your box is too small or too full.

What are the payment methods available?

The payment methods we current accept are all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, or check. If paying by check, please email us directly before checking out. We can instruct you on how to go about submitted your payment.

Why must I make payment immediately at checkout?

We require that you submit your payment before your order begins to be processed. This has proven more effective, on both ends (the buyer and seller), in creating a pleasant business exchange. 

What happens if there's been a delivery mishap to my order? (Damaged or lost delivery)

Once your package is dropped off at the post office, it is USPS’ responsibility to deliver your package to you in a timely matter. If your package is not delivered after the 2-5 business days their website states, you will need to call USPS at 1-800-222-1811 to file a claim. Please have your tracking number ready; they will need this information to search for your package. What if my earrings break? Will I be able to receive a replacement?

Yes! We recently introduced a new one year warranty. Please refer to our “One Year Warranty” page on our website for more info.
